These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Valid, including our app, website, and related services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Valid. By using Valid, you confirm that you can enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and login methods secure. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts for others without permission, or use Valid in a way that interferes with the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not harass, bully, threaten, exploit, or target others.
• Do not post or submit unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Do not manipulate votes, invites, rewards, subscriptions, or app mechanics.

Polls And Content

Valid includes social and poll-based features. You are responsible for content you submit and for how you use shared images or links. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users. See our Community Guidelines for more information about the content and behavior we do not allow.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other purchases processed by Apple or Stripe, depending on where you purchase. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and the available payment methods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Apple purchases can be managed or canceled through your Apple ID account settings. Web purchases can be managed through the payment-provider tools made available with the purchase or by contacting Valid support. Refunds are handled under the applicable payment provider's policies and any rights required by law.

Apple Terms

If you download Valid from the Apple App Store, Apple's terms also apply. To the extent these Terms do not include an end user license agreement required by Apple, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement applies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Valid at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.

Disclaimers

Valid is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valid and its owners, operators, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
